What does an outsourced hotel reception cost?
At RevenueRise Front, remote reception starts at 690 EUR/CHF per month for properties with up to 10 rooms; from 11 rooms it is 990 EUR/CHF, and from 30 rooms it is from 35 EUR/CHF per room. There is no setup fee and no revenue share. For comparison: Swiss provider SUM Hospitality charges from 1,500 CHF per month plus a one-off 12,000 CHF setup for its package including reservation service (as of 3 August 2026).

How long does the contract run?
The minimum term is 12 months. There is no setup fee and no share of your revenue — the monthly amount is the entire price.
Is it worth it compared with our own night shift?
Your own night cover ties up at least one full-time position in shift work, including cover for absences, holidays and sickness. Remote reception starts at 690 EUR/CHF per month and has neither a roster nor absences. Which calculation works for your property depends on the number of night arrivals and night calls — we look at that together in the intro call.
